We’re glad you’ve chosen us, and can’t wait to see you get your espresso Display!

With the recent surge in eCommerce, global logistics are increasingly volatile and may be subject to unforeseen delays. We will work closely with you to communicate these, and you can always reach out to ask for an update on your region.

Update – December 3rd, 2021

  • Australia: 7 to 12 business days – expect further delays due to the current lockdown
  • USA:

Please note, if you need to make any changes to your order reach out to support@espres.so as soon as possible. Customers will have up to 4 hours after placing an order to request changes.

Please note the above are expected delivery dates.  We cannot guarantee the arrival of the parcels as carriers’ delays can occur without warning. In case there’s no tracking update for 30 consecutive days, we can file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping FAQs

To cater for a global network, we use Amazon’s shipping network. Amazon sometimes fulfills from different warehouses, so you might not get all your espresso items on the same day. They usually arrive within a few days of each other if this happens. So, no need to worry.

This depends on where we’re sending your espresso product to. For orders in our warehouses (countries listed above) you pay no shipping cost.

If you do not live in the regions listed above, you will encounter a small shipping cost, calculated at checkout. Keep an eye out for the regions, as they will change as we expand to more countries.

The final price is listed at checkout. You will not pay any further import tax and customs duties than is what is listed at checkout.
